Sorry.. got back from running all over the country a day later than planned, and have had no access to a scanner or tablet. So here’s the cleaned-up lineart for the intended anniversary picture, so far (click on the ‘download’ button to the left to see it better). It’s a little late for summer festival season, but here you are anyway. I was trying to get a clean enough pencil sketch that I could color it directly rather than inking it first… I think it still might need some work, there. I’d be coloring it now, but I’ve got a driving exam in the morning (I’ve heard that most people fail their first few tries. it’ll be fun.) So I’ll be working on that this week, along with another SoV-related project - previews of that to be posted later, too. News of the technical hiatus status pending. Thanks, to everyone who’s still sticking with us.

I hate to play the bearer of bad news once again, but as the next few weeks are going to be just as crazy as the past few have been, we’re going to be going on official hiatus for the rest of August.

However! August 25 will be the two-year anniversary of Shades of Veil going online, so be sure to check back here then.
