Chapter 3 page 35 is up. Technically a day late, but Friday’s intended page was late too… don’t forget to scroll down and read that one if you haven’t yet.

Updates: okay, so I lied

Chapter 3 page 34 is up. That’s page 98 of the whole comic.. two more to 100, and the end of the chapter…
We also have some alternate text pages, courtesy of one of my eighth grade English classes (junior high second-years, in Japanese terms). For an English language game, they got into groups and tried to come up with stories for completely out-of-context pages with blank speech balloons. Not bad, considering they had no dictionaries and the teacher only gave them five minutes to work with… (these are Japanese kids who’ve had two years of real English classes). They said they didn’t mind if I uploaded their pages, so here they are:
Ghost house
Call me Ishida (the text in the next to last panel says ‘butterfly’ in katakana)
Are you a girl? (Emi and Mike are the names of characters from the English textbooks)
Runner-up: Let’s have lunch
And the winner of the game: Eat gyoza and die (if you’re not familiar with the term, gyoza are a type of meat dumplings. there was actually a recall on one brand of frozen gyoza the other month, after a food poisoning scare, but I doubt the students were thinking of that when they wrote this…)

Updates: no page today ~_~

well, moving out of the country and end-of-the-year stuff are kind of crashing together about now… I’d hoped to have a little buffer built up for that, but I just haven’t had the time. So the next page will be next week. Sorry about that…

Updates: based on actual events

anti-climactic after Chris’s post, but page 33 is up now. sorry about the delay - I was sick all weekend and have been working on finishing up the page a little at a time since.
